Have you purchased goods, which after some time has stopped working, is not working properly or has manifested flaw? We have prepared instructions on how to proceed if you want to claim the product purchased from our online store or in our physical store. We will try to settle your complaint as soon as possible, but not later than thirty calendar days (from receipt of the complaint).

How to claim?

1. You can bring the product to the store or properly packaged send to our shop to address s.r.o., Horní Rybníky 119, 549 41 Zábrodí.
2. Attach a completed protocol of complaint, return or exchange goods, which can be downloaded here, and a copy of the invoice.
3. As soon as the claimed subject is in top condition again, we will inform you that you can pick up the goods, or we will send them back to you to your address.
